If you have a defective Nest 2nd display and simply need a new one to replace then this listing is for you. If you already have a 2nd generation wiring base and seeking just a thermostat portion then this listing is for you.  Again, this item is not a full kit and just a replacement part. This device is 2nd Generation and will not work with a 3rd Generation or Thermostat E wiring base. You must have a 2nd Generation wiring base for this to work which is circular with a rectangular input area.
